Converse with a nurse about how to make healthy food choices to help reverse and prevent chronic diseases – heart disease, obesity, stroke, cancers, diabetes, etc. through plant-based nutrition. This month’s topic is “To Cluck or Not To Cluck.”
This is a FREE monthly event that is held at the Cañon City Public Library 516 Macon Ave, Canon City, Colorado 81212.
