Cristina Lindsay Coaching Offers…
Be You. Live Happy. (yes, even with Cancer!)
Hello Fremont County! My name is Cristina Lindsay and I moved to Cañon City about a year ago with my husband and sweet poodle, Remi. We are so thrilled to be here and meet folks around town. I am a Professional Life Coach, author, inspirational speaker, Certified Equine Guided Educator, and Certified Happy for No Reason Trainer. I have over 30 years of experience serving women, facilitating a variety of custom programs and retreats in the areas of personal growth, leadership, and self-awareness. I am also a Cancer survivor.
My mission is to teach and support women who have (or had) Cancer
and struggle with fear, anxiety, and depression with practical ways to feel more peaceful, positive, and HAPPY!
Now, the first question people usually ask is “happiness and cancer? really?” Let me explain, the kind of happiness I am talking about is not walking around with a silly grin on your face or pushing away difficult thoughts and feelings.
“Happiness is having an inner sense of peace and well-being,
regardless of your circumstances.”
Cancer can certainly bring lots of challenges, but it can also offer insights into your life that can be very profound. We are all know someone in our lives that is going through or has gone through dealing with cancer. If that person is you, a loved one, or someone supporting a loved one with cancer, you don’t have to go through this alone. Cancer can be overwhelming, debilitating, and cause loads of anxiety. I can help you feel more grounded, peaceful, and optimistic on your journey.
I offer a variety of programs and services that range from free workshops to individual coaching and custom groups, both in-person and virtually.
You can reach me at: email@example.com
I also offer a support group via Facebook at Be You.Live Happy. (yes, even with cancer!)
