Ray’s Custom Meat Processing Inc. first opened in 2005. Dan and Tracy Ellingson bought Ray’s Custom Meat Processing Inc. in January 2018, providing the same great quality that the company has always been known for. The staff takes great pride in the cleanliness of the shop, processing one animal at a time, and returning the same animal to the customer that was brought in.
All customers at Ray’s Custom Meat Processing Inc, whether new or repeat, are always welcome! You will be greeted with a smile and a helpful staff member who is ready to assist you in your meat cutting needs.
Ray’s Custom Meat Processing Inc. processes domestic livestock year around – from hogs, lambs, goats, beef and so much more! We offer curing on select cuts as well! Our busiest time is hunting season – ranging from August to December/January each year. During this time, hundreds of wild game is processed to each customer’s instruction. Specialty items such as pepperoni stix, summer sausage, jerky and so much more are available. Turn your wild game into a yummy treat!
We are also very proud to offer vacuuming sealing on all cuts at no additional charge! This allows your meat to have a much longer shelf life, allowing you to enjoy fresh cut meat anytime!

Each animal brought in for processing is tagged with a name, not a number. We proudly process one animal at a time to avoid any mix ups. You are GUARANTEED to receive your animal!
Our facility is thoroughly cleaned each night by our hard working staff. This allows us to process each animal in a clean environment to avoid cross contamination.
