The Hot Tomatoes Dance Orchestra has been an icon on the Denver jazz scene for over 4 decades, and now they’re coming to Fremont County for a special fundraising event benefitting the jazz programs at both the Florence High School and the Cañon City High School. The Hot Tomatoes are a Swing-Era band performing numbers from Benny Goodman, Count Basie, Glenn Miller, Duke Ellington and many others.
The evening will feature a special selection performed by the combined Hot Tomatoes Band and the Florence and Cañon City Jazz Bands. The is definitely a show you won’t want to miss!
