Fremont County DOT has announced that Phantom Canyon/CR67 will be closed to thru traffic at MM7 and MM8 starting on December 3, 2018. Repairs to the tunnel will be conducted and the road will be closed 7 days a week until repairs have been completed.
Approximate re-opening will be on January 2, 2019. Motorists will be required to use an alternate route.
