The Cañon City Stormwater Program is 
hosting a rain barrel making workshop in conjunction with the Pueblo Community College, Fremont Campus Senior Mini-College on Thursday, March 21, 2019 from 1:00 – 3:45 pm. Workshop attendees will learn about Colorado regulations concerning rain barrels, water conservation, stormwater and water quality. Attendees will build their own 55-gallon rain barrel from a recycled food grade plastic drum and learn how to properly install and maintain it. Space is limited and advance registration is required.
Registration for this workshop, and all courses offered during the 2019 Senior Mini-College, is open from March 4 through March 15, 2019. Registration can be done via walk-in at PCC or by telephone.
