Florence’s newest restaurant, The Rig, is slated to open on August 23rd. Located inside the Florence Brewing company, The Rig will offer several favorites that are  “hangry crowd approved” which will pair well with in-house brewed beer, cider, wine, mixed drinks, or craft sodas.

Specialties include Savory Bites, Not-So-Tini Paninis, Baked Flatbreads, and Sweet Stuff.

“The Rig will feature vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free & meat-tastic items! We’re keeping everyone in mind throughout the creation of our menu and the wide array of dietary restrictions that so many of us face. The Florence Brewing Company has been an inclusive destination with our wide range of beer and we want to be the same with our food,” notes Ari, Director of Operations.

The kitchen will be operating Monday through Thursday from 11am to 8pm and Fridays from 11am to 5pm. The rest of the week will feature some of your favorite food trucks.
