Fremont Civic Theater’s “Twas the Opening Night Before Christmas”
Join Fremont Civic Theater for for their annual Christmas production in conjunction with a food drive for Loaves and Fishes in December. Performances will be at the Historic Church Conservancy at 710 Macon Avenue in Cañon City. Cost per ticket is a flat $7. Bring a non-perishable food donation for Loaves and Fishes if you are able. Tickets available starting December 1st at City Market and Absolute Accounting in Cañon City and at Big D Super Foods in Florence. Directed by Kathy Herrin, including special musical by Kathryn Konicek and guest reading performances as well as some other fun stuff!! Don’t miss this show!!

Pictures with Santa at the Cañon City Chamber of Commerce
This is a FREE event, so bring your cameras. If you don’t have a camera the Chamber will take a picture for you and charge only $5.00 per page! So bring your kids, bring your pets and capture the moment your kids eyes shining with excitement over Santa Claus! The CC Chamber of Commerce is located at 403 Royal Gorge Blvd in Cañon City.

Caroling at the Bruce McCandless Colorado State Veterans Nursing Home
Join The Wellspring Church as they bring some cheer by caroling at the Bruce McCandless Nursing Home.

Living Nativity
Begin the Christmas season with a visit to a Living Nativity, a representation of the first Christmas. Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 801 N. Sheridan Ave, Cañon City. The church will be accepting donations of non-perishable food items and cash for Loaves & Fishes Ministries of Cañon City,

Florence Brewing Co.’s Festivus for the Rest of Us
Come air your grievances over a cold brew with your favorite crew! This is an ugly sweater contest as well, Ugliest Sweater will win beer at 8 pm! Happy Hour Pricing if you’re wearing an Ugly Sweater! We will have a nacho bar as well!
